Lake Powell and Monument Valley Tours
Westwind has entered into a voluntary Letter of Agreement with Glen Canyon National Recreation Area and the Navajo and Hopi tribes, which generally define our tour routes and create a curfew at Rainbow Bridge National Monument.
Westwind flies standard tour routes to comply with the LOA, enhance safety in the congested airspace over the lake, and for the best possible tour for our passengers. Grand Canyon Airlines flies much the same routes, for the same reasons. Antelope Air (Lake Powell Air) has a different route structure.
